I only completed the android style tablet system .. truly exceptional first impressions I have all the functions of my smartphone plus internet, reads all audio and video formats, and above all can be customized in millions of ways .. now my sound system has an integrated amplifier of this system, and it feels better than an original boose system, at the volume of 10 units it feels like being in a nightclub!
I also installed front dash cam with adas system and h24 surveillance, xiaomi brand; reversing camera; pneumatic tpms system

what do you mean by blocked? when you put the car in reverse, the power comes to the rear view camera, and yes it has to see in the screen. 1- the reverse image 2- the front and rear parking sensors as in the photo.
to me of the original functions, the only thing I have lost is the display of the navigator map on the speedometer because the original Porsche system does not read Android ... but now I see everything in the largest screen of the navigator, and with the internet connection I always have the latest maps and the latest speed cameras Velox always updated.

yes the dash cam records when from how long you start the car until you park .. also I have the xiaomi dash cam which has the adas mode and 24 hour surveillance as soon as the car is touched .. it has a memory of 64 gigabytes that once it is all occupied, it rewrites automatically.

I wanted to install a dash cam when I bought mine but Porsche didn’t want
I was explained off record that it is because in some cases of accidents the dash witnessed against the driver !!
To keep in memory
the Dash cam is removable at least mine, then it is not declared in the insurance policy so it can appear or disappear depending on the case ... there are no problems.
